Oxford Energy Assessors Ltd (OEA) has been created to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) to private sellers, estate agents and solicitors in the domestic property sector within the Oxfordshire area.

It has also been created to help homeowners not only reduce their energy bills but also reduce the carbon emissions from their properties.

AIMS

The aims of Oxford Energy Assessors are as follows:

1) To provide a prompt, efficient and professional service to its clients;

2) To make an appointment for the inspection within 2 working days of an instruction;

3) To produce an EPC within 24 hours of the inspection;

4) To be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of clients.

WHO WILL DO THE WORK?

Its principal, Roy Williams, is a fully qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor with Elmhurst Energy. He has both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance and has been CRB checked.

Roy has lived in Oxford virtually all his life and is very familiar with the Oxfordshire area. He is also a member of the City of Oxford Rotary Club - part of Rotary International which is the world's largest service organisation for business and professional people. As such, he prides himself in his professional approach to the preparation of EPCs.
